How long will my session be?
The first appointment will take approximately 50 minutes to complete an initial assessment with one of our Therapists. Subsequent visits include 50 minute and 30 minute pool therapy sessions, including various options of 50 minute and 30 minute clinical services.
Do I need a doctor referral?
No, we don’t require a doctor referral for treatment. Although, this can be helpful for us to keep in your file if you have extended health benefits. In some cases, we may ask for a doctor’s referral if necessary.
Do you direct bill to my extended health?
Yes, we can direct bill to most major insurance companies. Please contact our office to find out more.
Do you take ICBC/WorkSafe clients?
Yes, we have many ICBC and WorkSafeBC clients, and can direct bill to both companies.
How can I pay?
For the initial assessment, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit which can be taken by credit card over the phone or by e-transfer. This deposit will go towards payment for your first appointment. Following this, we will accept credit, debit, cash or cheque at the time of your appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a full 24 hour notice for cancellations or you will be charged the total session fee. Thank you for your consideration.
